A We mainly use SS304（0Cr18Ni9） SS304L(00Cr9Ni10) SA316(0Cr17Ni12Mo2)
SS316L(00Cr17Ni14Mo2), also SS410, SS4101 and SS430 sometimes.

A First, we check the basic data: wire diameter, mesh counts, roll width and roll length.
Secondly, the surface condition: opening, color, flat or not and defects.
Thirdly, the edge of wire mesh should be neat and without defects.

A Resen co. will provide samples for your testing and inspection. The cost for samples is per piece plus shipping.

The sample sizes are as follows:

8 mesh and coarser: Sample size is 6 inch x 6 inch 10 mesh and finer: Sample size is 3 inch x 3 inch (exception 635 x 635 mesh sample size is 1 inch x 1 inch) Sintered meshes (Thermobonded™): Sample size is 1 inch x 1 inch.
